Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) is a unique supply agency with schools and teachers at the centre of its service. The service is run by the Exeter Consortium office team, who all share a passion for supporting schools to provide the best quality teaching for all pupils.
ESP is a Community Interest Company, set-up by the member schools of Exeter Consortium. We are managed by local schools who guide and inform the running and development of the agency. The team works closely with schools and teachers to provide a service which suits everyone’s needs. We take the time to get to know our teachers and schools in order to match bookings appropriately and to support career progression.
As a not-for-profit service, our main focus is to provide quality supply for schools and positive experiences for teachers. ESP is an organisation which offers clarity, purpose and commitment to our schools and colleagues.
Our agency sources excellent supply teachers to place in our schools, who work with us to Quality Assure all our teachers – so that we can be confident that the standards and needs of all our schools are always met.
ESP offers access to outstanding teaching practice, peer support and CPD sessions for all our supply teachers, not just for our NQTs. We are also pleased to be able to offer subsidised or free professional development from our comprehensive CPD programme.
